Apartments and Flats: My strata committee won’t allow me to erect a real estate signboard on my balcony while I’m selling my unit. What are some alternative options?

How about inside an outward-facing window?  That would be inside your unit.  Nit-picky, though.

What do the bylaws say about this topic?  The council cannot be arbitrary, a restriction has to come from the by-laws.  And what penalty can they levy?
